Tina Denise Kollbaum

July 18, 1967 — April 26, 2025

Cabot, Arkansas

Tina Denise Miller Kollbaum, age 57, entered into her eternal rest on April 26th, 2025 at UAMS Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. Tina was born on July 18th, 1967 in Eastland, Texas to Bill and Bonnie Miller. Tina graduated from Wylie High School and Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Texas to become a registered nurse in 1991. In 2005, Tina and family moved to Cabot, Arkansas where she lived until her passing.

Tina’s most defining characteristic was her love for others. Warmth, love, and acceptance surrounded each interaction with Tina assuring she never knew a stranger - she had a way to make all feel comfortable around her. This naturally lead her to pursuing a career in medicine, working as a registered nurse for hospitals around both Abilene, Texas and Little Rock, Arkansas for over 25 years. Coworkers and patients alike knew Tina as compassionate and humorous, creating a sense of trust and care in all her professional interactions. Tina’s primary focus in life, both professional and personal, was making those around her feel comfortable and loved. She was always successful in accomplishing this.

Tina lived a life of complete authenticity, never sacrificing herself to fit into a box. This is what so many around her loved most about Tina and found comfort in. Some things that Tina felt most passionately for in life were listening to and sharing music with others, enjoying tasty food (whether on her plate or on other’s), her pets throughout her life, taking and sharing pictures and videos of her loved ones, documenting her sometimes wild and outlandish dreams, creative writing, and most importantly laughing. Perhaps above all else, Tina loved to laugh.

Tina’s love for Jesus was indisputable in any conversation you may have with her. A lifelong devoted Christian, Tina found an incredible source of peace, love, and community in her beliefs. Tina often used the power of prayer to seek comfort for herself and others, believing that Jesus could heal all.

Tina is preceded in death by her daughter, Kailee Fowler, and daddy, Bill Miller. Those left to carry on Tina’s legacy and memories are: her husband, Gregg Kollbaum; son, Colin Fowler; mother, Bonnie Miller; siblings, Terry Miller, Tresa Tutt and Cleve, and Susan Sullivan and Alvin; parents-in-law, Roger and Patricia Kollbaum; siblings-in-law, Angie Bauer and Tim and Scott Kollbaum and Maria; as well as many extended family and friends that were equally as loved and cherished not previously mentioned.

Visitation in Arkansas will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at Moore's Cabot Funeral Home (501) 843-5816.
