Robert A Collins

Robert Alan Collins, 44, passed away unexpectedly, December 11, 2019, at his home in Abilene. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Merlene and Jap Baucum, and Clark and Margaret Collins, an aunt and uncle Patricia and Donald Underwood and his cousin Larina Baucum. He is survived by his mother Sue Collins of Abilene, his father Earnest Collins, his sister Donna Collins, his uncles Pat Baucum and Doug Baucum, his aunts Sharron White and Yvonne Livingston, and several cousins.

Robert worked hard. He enjoyed fishing, camping, wood working and welding. He had many struggles in life. He was tough as nails, but kind hearted. He was the kind of guy that would give you the shirt off his back and would always stop to help others. He was a good friend to many. Most of all he loved his three-legged dog, Precious baby girl.

We will miss his blue sparkling eyes and bright orange beard.
