Ramon H Espinoza

Ramon H. Espinoza, 77 of Abilene, passed away on Tuesday, September 1, 2020.  A visitation/rosary will be on Thursday, September 3, 2020 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the chapel of Piersall Funeral Directors, 733 Butternut Street.  A funeral mass will be held on Friday, September 4, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 826 Cottonwood, with burial to follow in the Abilene City Cemetery.

Ramon was born in Cuidad Acuna, Mexico to Ignacio and Dolores Espinoza.  He was a hard-working man who always provided for his family and was always ready and willing to listen and give his advice in any situation.  His humility showed in his willingness to serve others and his family.  He loved his kids, his grandkids and his wife Maria.

Ramon was preceded in death by his parents, Ignacio and Dolores Espinoza.  He is survived by his wife Maria; brothers Ignacio Espinoza and Jesus Espinoza; daughters Gracie Navejas and husband Ricardo; Dora Elia Espinoza; step-daughters Patricia Melchor and Juanita Martinez and god-daughter MaryLou John; step-sons Jesse Benivamondez, Isreal Ramos, Armondo Ramos, Marcus Ramos and Ricky Ramos; and his 5 grandchildren, Sean Benivamondez, Tatyana Navejas, Izabella Abila, Caricia Espinoza and Richard Navejas.
