George Garlan Green

George Garlan Green died on January, 11, 2019. He was born to Garlan and Margo Green on March 12, 1948. He was preceded in death by his Dad, Mother, and sister, Nan. He survived by his brother Bobby Carrol Green and a niece Christina, along with many cousins and friends who loved him deeply.

He graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in architecture. George loved working with his hands and always had multiple projects going. He spent years as a Boy Scout and Scout leader.

George was a man of strong principles and a fighter for what was right and just. He loved spending time with his family whether it was a family reunion, a wedding, a baptism, or a sporting event that his younger cousins participated in.

A graveside service will be held Friday at 2:00 pm in the Tuscola City Cemetery under the direction of Piersall Funeral Directors, 733 Butternut St.
