Danny Joe Arnold

Danny Joe Arnold, 70, of Sweetwater, passed away on Friday, March 7, 2025, in Abilene after a short illness with his family by his side.  A memorial service with the family will be at a later date.

Danny was born in Kermit, Texas on August 9, 1954, to Maudie Marlee and Joseph Earnest Arnold.  He was a member of the Kermit High School tennis team and later became an avid hunter and fisherman.  He enjoyed camping with his wife and friends in their RV and fishing from their boat.

Danny was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Tanya Bleeker.  He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sherry Arnold, brother Larry Arnold, sisters Rhonda Boyle and Yvonne Ortega and grandchildren Gabby and Noah Bleeker.
