Christopher Richard Garcia

Christopher Richard Garcia, 49 of Lawn Tx received his angel wings on Sunday, October 24th, 2021 in an Abilene hospital surrounded by family.
Chris was born to Dickie Garcia and Ricarda Vasquez on March 11th, 1972 in Altus Oklahoma. Chris married Angela in 2010. Together they raised 5 kids that Chris was very proud of and loved with all his heart: Zackery Martinez, Patrisha Dyer, Joe Ramirez, Isreal Martinez and Matthew Ramirez.

Chris was a beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. He was an amazing man with a one of a kind personality. He was so full of love, life and laughter. He worked hard and did his best at everything he did from working on cars to cooking dinner to even just being there for all of us he would do it all with a smile. Chris loved to joke around and make everyone laugh, he loved spending time with his friends and family. Especially spending time with his grandchildren that he loved unconditionally. Chris enjoyed dancing and listening to music and just enjoying life.

Chris is survived by his parents Dickie G. and Ricarda V. His 5 children and 10 grandchildren, His 2 sisters April G. Rebecca F. And his 3 brothers Rafael G. Johnny G. And Ricky G.  And, his Aunt Adela and uncle Felix Munoz his Uncle Rufus Rodriguez and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents Juan & Cleotilde Garcia, grandparents Ezequiel & Frances Hernandez. His uncle Ezequiel Jr Hernandez and his Aunt Juanita Rodriguez, His uncle Jose Garcia.  Also survived by uncles Juan Garcia Jr., Blas Garcia, and Manuel Garcia Aunts Laura Garcia and Rosa Garcia and stepmom Delores and stepdad Olegario Velasquez.
