Bruce Walsh

Mr. Bruce Walsh, age 71, passed away on December 2, 2020.

Bruce was born in Gary, Indiana to Paul and Dolores Walsh. Bruce married Donna Carter Walsh of Herrin, Illinois on October 6, 1973 in Merrillville, Indiana. On December 31, 1985, the couple welcomed Holly Elizabeth Walsh to the family. Holly married Drew Smith on September 19, 2018. Holly and Drew gave Donna and Bruce their first and only grandchild, Henry Wade Smith on September 18, 2019.

Bruce was preceded in death by his mom and dad as well as his brother, Brad and his sister, Debbie.

Bruce was a loving and proud husband, father, father-in-law, and "Pa" to Henry Wade, his namesake. He had a heart of gold and a spirit of giving it his all. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and his latest hobby of fantasy football. He will be greatly missed by many but always remembered. You could always find him with a smile on his face, so proud of his family but most of all we were and still are proud to call him ours.
