Pearl Golden Roberts

Pearl Golden Roberts, 96 of Abilene and formerly of Midland and Belton passed away Sunday morning in an Abilene Hospital.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 pm Wednesday at Resthaven Memorial Park in Midland.

Pearl was born on November 27, 1913 in the Oklahoma Territory to Thomas Alonzo and Emma Bell Hembree Bush. She lived in Belton for 15 years prior to moving to Abilene three years ago. She married Hugh Roberts on July 15, 1963 in Midland, Texas and he preceded her in death on December 7, 1975. Two sons, John Harlan Roberts and Troy Vance Roberts preceded her in death as well as her nine siblings.

Survivors include her two daughters; Carolyn Glosson of Abilene and Janna Hunt of Midland; 13 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren as well as numerous
nieces and nephews.
