Richard Matthew Williams

Richard Matthew Williams 75, passed away on Monday March 14, 2017 in Albany. Richard was born in Albany, TX on July 7 1941 to the late Joseph Williams and Josephine King-Williams. After graduating from Woodson High School in 1958 he moved to Los Angeles CA where he worked for Los Angeles County for 20 years. After retiring, Richard returned to Albany to care for his ailing mother. After her death he continued to live out his life in Albany. Richard is survived by his daughters, Lisa Williams of Abilene TX and Ricci Ford of Los Angeles CA and her son Quinn Brumley. He is also survived by his brother Jim Williams as well as one niece and many nephews. Services will be for immediate family.
