Domingo Ocon

Domingo Ocon, 56, of Abilene passed away Thursday, July 30th, 2009 at his home. A funeral mass is scheduled for Tuesday August 4th at 10:00 am at St. Francis Catholic Church with burial to follow at the Tye City Cemetery. A prayer service will be held today August 3rd, from 6-8 pm at Piersall-Benton Chapel, 733 Butternut St.

Domingo was born May 17, 1953 to Faustino and Maria de la Luz Cisneros O’Con in Abilene, Texas. He has lived in Abilene his entire life. Having been a long time resident he was employed at E.C. tools. He met and married, Rosalie A. Guajardo in Abilene and they have two daughters, Hope and Baby Rose.

Survivors include his wife and two daughters as well as a special nephew Tommy Martin and nine grandchildren: Kimberly, Eric, Jessica, Joe Angel, Anthony, Lorenzo, Christopher, Gabrielle, and Natalie. In addition, he is survived by 2 brothers, Luciano, and Juan and a sister Teresa O’Con.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father and his brother, Benito. He will be greatly missed by many friends and extended family.
