Samuel Rodriguez, Jr.

Samuel Rodriguez, Jr. 19, of Abilene, passed away Saturday May 23rd, 2009. His service will be held Wednesday May 27th at 10:00 am in the Piersall Chapel, 733 Butternut St with burial to follow at Elmwood Memorial Park. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 6-8pm Tuesday.

Samuel Rodriguez, Jr. was born October 20th, 1989 in Abilene, Texas to Samuel Rodriguez and Isaida Rosario. He grew up in Abilene and attended Abilene Schools. Samuel had a love for music and ultimately went to work producing music for local talent. He played the piano and spent a lot of time promoting his groups on the road throughout the South.

Samuel will be lovingly remembered by his father Samuel, his mother Isaida Veale and her husband Fonzell; his brothers Manuel Rodriguez and Ezekiel and Elijah Veale, his uncles; Junior Rosario and Daniel Rosario, an aunt Matilda Smith, and Grandparents Wilfredo and Eva Rosario as well as numerous extended family members and many close friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Manuel and Carmen Rodriguez and Ida Jackson.
