Mark Anthony Capers

Mark Anthony Capers, 41, of Abilene passed away, Friday August 15th, 2008 at his home. Services are scheduled for 10:00 am Wednesday August 20th, at the Piersall-Benton Funeral Home Chapel, 733 Butternut St. with burial to follow at Elliott-Hamil Garden of Memories. A visitation will be held from 6-8 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.

Mark was born to Ed Capers and Dorothy Crow Capers on September 4th, 1966 in Big Spring, Texas. In 1976 they moved to Abilene where Mark attended Abilene Christian Schools and then Abilene High. He married Tina Innings on November 13, 1992 in Abilene and together they raised several dogs that they loved like children.

Mark was a member of Baker Heights Church of Christ where he was baptized in 2006. He will be lovingly remembered by his mother; Dorothy, his wife; Tina, his brother; Cliff Capers of Wagoner, OK, and Sister; Laurie Hill of Midland, TX. Mark was preceded in death by his father.
