Vickie Lynn Peterson Pugeau

Vickie Lynn Peterson - Pugeau, 61, passed away on March 22, at a local care center. There will a memorial service on Friday, March 29th at 11:00am at the Piersall Benton Funeral Directors Chapel, 733 Butternut Street.


Vickie was born to Stanley and Wanda Peterson in Abilene and lived most of her life here and Odessa, with a short time spent in Lubbock. She loved people and made lots of friends. Vickie loved talking to people and would keep her sister on the phone for hours. She never met a stranger and used that talent in her favorite hobby which was hunting deals at garage sales.


Surviving Vickie are her mother Wanda Peterson, a son Ian Kovach and his wife Michelle, a sister Tami Pitman and her husband Dennis, a nephew Justin and his wife Ashley and long-time companion John Field. She will be greatly missed by her friends and family. Vickie was preceded in death by her father.
