Christine M. Perez

Christine M. Perez, 66, of Abilene passed away January 3, 2008 in an Abilene Nursing Center. Mrs. Perez was born August 24, 1941 in Winters, Texas to Eufracio Martinez and Juanita Cortez. She lived most of her life in Abilene and worked for Hendrick Medical Center for over 30 years. She was an active member of Overflow Worship Center and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Christine is survived by; three sons John Henry Perez and wife Leslie, Eugene Perez and wife Francis all of Abilene and Robert Perez of Los Angeles, California; 10 granddaughters, 2 grandsons, and 4 great grandchildren. She is also survived by five brothers; Silverio, Johnny, Rubin, Eddie, and Willie Martinez as well as four sisters; Sarah Rivas, Mickey Perez, Annie Mayorga, and Ida Flores. Christine was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Enrique Perez; sons Richard and Danny Perez and sister, Monica Martinez.

Funeral services will be held Monday January 14th, 2008 at 10:00 am at Overflow Worship Center with Pastor David Gomez Officiating with Graveside following at Cedar Hill Cemetery.
