Brett Tyson King

Brett Tyson King, 44, of Abilene Tx died of a heart condition Friday July 6, 2007.

Brett was born in Abilene in 1963. His family then moved to Louisiana and then later to Mississippi where he graduated from Moss Point High School, in Moss Point Mississippi. Brett worked for the American Red Cross in both Birmingham and Mobile, Alabama before returning to Abilene two years ago, where he worked as a lab technician for Hendrick Hospital.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Albert and Rosa Lengefeld of Gatesville, Tx; grandfather Lloyd King Sr; and Jack and Myrtle Morgan of Gueydan, La.

Brett is survived by his parents Lloyd King and wife Cathy of Willis, Tx; and his mother Agnes King of Gautier, Ms.; his brothers Brant King of Gautier, Ms and Chad King and wife Sheila of Gulfport, Ms.

A memorial service will be held at First Baptist Church in Pascagoula, Ms at 10 a.m. on Monday July 16.
