Billy Dale Thomas

Billy Dale Thomas born November 7, 1941, passed away on January 27, 2025 at the age of 83.

Billy had been living in Baird, Texas the past five years and before that was living in Frisco and Tom Bean, Texas.

Surviving Billy are his two daughters, Kearsie Wylie of Anna, TX and Rebecca Day of Baird, TX.  He was also the proud Grandpa to Austin Day, Daley Wylie, Blake Day, Tatum Wylie, Keara Wylie and Colt Day.

Over the years, Billy was many things, including a Marine, a bull rider, railroad worker, rancher and a loving dad.  But it is safe to say he was happiest when he was with his family.  He truly enjoyed his girls, and watching all six grandkids grow up and do anything he could do for them.

A private family service will be held in his honor at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, a donation to your favorite charity in Billy’s memory would be appreciated.
